Helpful Resources for Parents, Educators & Caregivers

Raising and teaching children is both rewarding and challenging—especially when it comes to helping kids understand and express their emotions. That’s why we’ve created this growing library of resources to support you at home, in the classroom, and in child care settings.

These tools are designed to pair with Miles and the Colorful Capes of Feelings, but they can also be used on their own to spark meaningful conversations and strengthen emotional connection.

Free Coloring Pages

Sometimes the best way for kids to share what’s inside is through play and art. Our downloadable coloring pages let children bring Miles, Mariah, Micah, and their colorful capes to life. Use them as conversation starters about feelings, or just as a fun mindful activity.
